A photo shoot and a daily bike ride are two different things mate

This is just a photoshoot, she doesn't really ride that lol..

and women can't raise the saree to their knee when they are riding a bike to the work place...so that's why they made a special hatch like area for them to keep their legs

Yeah, but its not impossible, just really inconvenient. I think nobody should ride 2 wheeled vehicles (not segways) with clothing which hinders movement. They should stick to 4 wheels or take the damn bus if they want to doll up and go places. It's Much better than putting themselves and others at risk because their clothes restricted movement, which got in to the way of avoiding an accident.
BTW, I'm not calling scooters feminine or effeminate (there's nothing wrong with being either). Don't care even if Elton John or resurrected Freddie Mercury showed up on one of those. They just suck in terms of handling, performance, fuel economy and pleasure. Also, the riders are more careless compared to others.
