පොඩි කාලේ ඉදන්ම ආසාව තිබ්බේ pera කැම්පස් යන්න.... මේ පාර result වලින් colombo medicine හරි pera medicine යන්න පුළුවන් ..... ගුරුවරු ඇතුළු බහුතරය කියන්නේ colombo යන්න කියල... මගේ හිතේ නම් තාම pera තමා ..... මොකද බන් මං කරන්න ඕනේ ...??? මේ දෙකේ වෙනස පොඩ්ඩක් පැහැදිලි කරලම උත්තරයක් දීපල්ලා මචන්ලා ...ලොකු උදව්වක් ......

Colombo is the best. But that doesn't mean that pera is bad. It's true that Singapore recognize Colombo degree only. But they most of the time offer emergency medical jobs which are very difficult and stressful.
If you wanna migrate then better migrate to UK or Australia which recognize the pera degree
My advice is you should select what you want. If ur home is close to pera University then select it and vice versa. I'm a Colombo graduate but I have lot of pera friends who have migrated and doing well. So chose what you love. There is no true advantages in Colombo. By the way I'm a Colombo graduate.

Yes. Im a colombo graduate and there is no true advantage. Im from gampaha district so i went to Colombo because uts close to my home. Selection between Colombo and pera should depend on the distance from home.
Besides colombo life is very stressful. Its w concrete jungle with no relaxation. All are like robots and mind you that exams are very tough. So u end up with studying alk the time. I have completed my postgraduate studies and everything and i think I m the most suitable person to advice on this matter. Select what you love.
