Getting a better deal before China and US. I have a feeling WW3 is coming around the corner. If that happens, Sri Lanka will be a key place in geographically.

I think N.Korea will start something. May not escalate to nukes but US is in tough position with all the enemies battling around. isis,n.korea,china,russia etc.. Asia is the key place for this war. Sri Lanka will be the most effective easy going place to deal with. Country's debt to the world make us disabled when this leverage making people invade diplomatically.
