What if all those military expances are spent on research , health, education ..etc... wow.!

then life expectancy would go higher and higher and people will suffer lack of resources, then again war begins. this is what exactly now happening. don't you think us and other countries spending billions of dollars in medical research already?

Expenditure on researches is tje main thing...

Also, population wouldnt increase exponentially .... its a misconception ... birth rate is really low in developed countries already ...

ex: what if somebody find a way to grow potatoes in a massive scale with only water and some sand. would you think multinational corporation will allow that to sell in Africa for hunger fighting children? Noway man. US some years dump millions of tons in wheat to sea just to balance the wheat price. This whole world going on a economical war. Nobody share anything unless it generate profits. They are ready to destroy it rather than giving it free.

They know the consequences. Africa will never depend on itself. Africa has the richest oil and mineral mines but they are the poorest. Haiti has diamonds like no one else, but they couldn't get the benefit of it. Western people rule the world. Its their choice and only their chosen one are the people who live prosperously. As a example what would happen if some child get a visa or scholarship to western country? would he come back to serve here.

not everyone in Western country selfish and evil..., Africa is slowly coming out of it's misery..., in fact majority of Western world want to see a developed africa.
