If you ask 'Best broadband Service Provider in SL' I can say SLT. but when it comes to 4G LTE service of SLT, Ican't say that because of lower coverage.(if signal strength is high, it has the best speed)

Dialog 4G has best coverage among these ISP. Also good speed. But cost is much higher than SLT 4G & Bell 4G

Bell 4G has the cheapest data plans.But service is not good I think.If you are in urban area Bell 4G is the best.(Bell 4g has the lowest speed, but if you have signal strength,you can get enough speed)

I have no idea about Mobitel 4G
