How exactly can a government take care of people when it has no state owned businesses to raise the necessary money in order do take care of said people ? by taxation alone ?

You're wrong. Singapore government heavily invest, own billion dollar businesses in Singapore. Currently Singapore government operate businesses worth over 22% of the Singapore GDP.

Our country didn't fail because government handled businesses as you said. It's totally the opposite. Sri Lanka failed because government didn't do enough businesses, put insane amount of taxes on people and didn't stop the corruption.

Got example for SG for tax, yes SG can do their own business because they have money and they create enough things for their people

dude, you stated that the government should take care of the people as well as the country and not run businesses in your previous posts.
I asked HOW the govt is supposed to do that if it has no method to make the necessary money needed in order to take care of the country and its people. To which you said the SL Govt can get this money via TAX as is used by Singapore, Malaysia and other developed countries.
My last post shows where SL Taxing stands as compared to the countries you mentioned and asked you how the SL govt is supposed to take care of the country and its people with TAX alone when the TAX rates are so low compared to the countries you mentioned.

Now YOU are implying that you dont want to pay taxes to maintain Sri Lanka.
So the govt shouldnt tax people, and neither should it run state owned businesses but its still supposedto take care of the country and its people. How the fuck is the govt supposed to get the necessary money to do that ??
