Unless your a big share holder, or a decision maker, I'm telling you to stay away from startups. I have a bad experience with one of the most promising startup, got funded 80million as well but all of a sudden startup got shut down. And that time you are fucked on your own.

Try with some recruiters you can achieve 320k easily on a reputed software firm.

P.S - My opinion on Startup only don't confuse Companies vs Start Ups.

Machan, I was working with him more 1 year part time...He was able to sustain in the field more than 2 years ... what do you think ?

I have to act as CTO in this new company ...
The main reason to consider this opportunity is because of I can get a exposure other than what I am doing right now.

In my current company, I m conducting interviews, train people, development, designing, helping PM to prepare Project plan.. etc.
