1. Bio Science වලින් B.Sc. + M.Sc. තියන කෙනෙක්ට
2. Private Sector එකේ 5 Yrs Experience (2 yrs experience related to the degree + 3 yrs Non related experience)

Canada working visa ganna amarui unless you are a special one of a kind (ie like a nasa engineer who works on rover). But if you can manage the high tuition fees, you will get part time working visa while you study and full time after that.

PR is another case, and i guess you already have the necessary qualifications assuming that you get 8 for listening and 7 for all other modules in IELTS or more if you are old(30+). Please note that cutoff mark has been 440+ since the beginning of this year and it is varying every 2 or 3 weeks
