Ketha weda unane illuwa refund ekak

Dear EA,
This is regarding the purchase I made today (21st December 2018),
for Battlefield V. When I went to the origin store the game was priced at 1749Rs. So, I purchased the game. But when I got the purchase alert from the bank, it is saying that the 1749 Rupees is not Sri Lankan rupees. It was Indian Rupees.
I live in Sri Lanka and your company should include our country to your list. Even smaller markets like Samoa and St Lucia also there. As a bigger emerging market, which has 21 Million population and majority middle and upper-middle-class people, Sri Lanka is missing and it is totally not acceptable. Even the currency also in Indian rupees. Sri Lanka also using rupees as the currency. So we cannot recognize the real amount when it is priced as “Rs.”. If you cannot include Sri Lanka, at least use “LKR” and “INR” as currencies. All this time I browsed games on origin. When I see prices in rupees, I thought it is about our currency. 1 INR is 2.59 LKR. Therefore, the real amount should be 4525.35. So, I have paid more for a game which I think not worth of. (for a controversial low rated game). (That is my opinion). I would like to get the refund for my credit card as I didn’t even download the game yet.
