    First service is after 1000 km, after that it should be Serviced in every 5000 km. Maintaince sign can be reseted, normally Stafford does it after the service.
    I have no problem with the fuel consumption. This car is a champion on the highway (20 km/L) and it does around 10km per liter in colombo

    Read this for fuel consumption.

    http://autolanka.com/forums/topic/1...-turbo-hatch-fuel-consumption-in-sl-roadsetc/

    When I bought the car, the mileage was 3500km and owner said he didn’t serviced it once and first service will due on 5000km
    Now it showing Service Due Soon alert. Should I service now?

    Press the info button on steering wheel, and goto the oil change icon and check how many km left. You have service before it becomes 0. When you are using this car in the traffic you can't wait till 5000km. According to Stafford it for the protection if the engine.

    Saw a post in AL about AC problem in Civic 2017. What's interesting is it uses a new cooling gas (R-1234yf) which is still not available in Sri Lanka even with agents and it's expensive. Civic users make note of this.

    And one more thing. Honda is going to stop Civic production in UK and close the factory there due to Brexit. Not sure where they going to move it to.

    And one more thing, Project leader for the Civic X was a Japanese engineer named "Mitsuru Kariya". :yes:

    Reset the meter to zero and drive, then check the value it shows. Calculate it manually. Pump full tank, stop filling when the fuel pump stops automatically. Then drive at least 300-400 km in mixed traffic condition. Then fill the tank full again (stop filling when the pump stop automatically).
    Then divide the km by the no of liters pumped

    In north Americal edition,

    Technologically Honda is better compared to Toyota and Honda is the number one brand here for Japanese vehicles

    One thing I observed, the clearance to ground is low. I have seen my friends car hitting on slightly inclined driveway

    Lightweight low clearance car is a not good for winter ice/snow driving

    :no::rofl:
    toyota = 1

    honda = 2
