You are just seeing one side of the story.
How so? I've merely pointed out the fact that some governments are somewhat more trustworthy than others.
All your answers were. Credibility applies as long as a country agree with western powerhouses' political structure.
Credibility has a lot to do with admitting your own faults. And "Western Countries" more often than not don't shy away from admitting and dealing with their own problems. Look at how the US media are crucifying their own president. Can you imagine something like that happening in China?
Sri Lanka also labelled as in a dictatorship because government leaned to china.
There's nothing wrong with someone calling our country a dictatorship. It's their opinion and they have a right to express it. We can always point out errors in their arguments and carry out a meaningful conversation. It by no means is perfect. But it works.
The problem with "socialist" and "communist" countries like Venezuela and China is that this freedom to express one's opinion and carryout a meaningful discussion is very much hindered by the government.
By its very definition, the idea of "credibility" cannot even exist in such a society.
Don't compare China to Sri Lanka. We are much much better in terms of our democratic approach to problems. Even if we have many shortcomings, we can also be proud of that fact.
