You mean brilliant virus right :D I mean, the asymptomatic stage makes detecting and isolating infected people that much difficult

Since recently, sometimes I often wonder whether writing anything here really makes sense to many , except possibly for a very few.
There are many who I like to argue on friendly terms. I have nothing personal against them. A logical argument is always fine by me, irrespective of whether I agree or not. I have every respect for them.
It's my view against theirs and if they prove they are correct I will accept I am wrong. No one is perfect and correct all the time, and I will not insult anyone or their parents.
But sadly many think otherwise. Mainly because, they make it appear and think political. Commonsense goes out of the window - one of may favourites is
<Commonsense is the least common of all senses>.:P

If we all agree to argue here rationally, come with their views without insulting each other, this forum is going to be much better for everyone.

My issue is why world is still rely on PCR than Chest CT?

The cost is higher, it's easier to collect swab test samples en masse, transport them to a laboratory, and perform the tests with a PCR machine than transporting suspected patients to a hospital and performing CT scans there... besides, I don't think we have enough CT scanners to test all suspected cases. Radiation exposure is an issue too

China prefered CT scans to PCR tests though

as a suggestion, can't we use CT-Scan for all suspected cases who were tested negative with PCR.
