In Georgia there are rules in place for mail in votes to be counted after the election as well. And also sending out unsolicited mail in ballots in hundreds of thousands in each of those states. Even though there are claims that unsolicited mail in ballots were sent out, they can't just count ballot without passing ballot verification process that ensures the voter is credited for voting and prevents them from submitting another mail ballot or voting in person.
