the person i am talking about only got IJTS paper qualification only.
She had no other qualification from reputed institution in SL or abroad.
Since her brother works at Virtusa she got an opportunity to work there .
Now she is an Senior SE in Person Lanka .

That's not reasonable for others neh. I was an intern as Virtusa they didnt even give SE for the hardworking ASE(1.5yrs) of our team cuz he lacked the degree. Only when he finished that they promote him to SE.
Did she join Pearson as an Intern or ASE? If they promote her to SSE without degree that's not acceptable.

That's not reasonable for others neh. I was an intern as Virtusa they didnt even give SE for the hardworking ASE(1.5yrs) of our team cuz he lacked the degree. Only when he finished that they promote him to SE.

I really got no idea about how she got a chance to works at peorson .
She joined to peorson as a Senior Software Engineer with no reputed degree but only 5 years of experience at Virutsa.
