Regardless of the price they get corroded and decay pretty soon. Specially since lot of salt and water falls (and lack of clearning) this happens pretty fast.
Next point is the warranty, See a gas cooker is something you cannot live with, so if it breaks you cannot wait for weeks till it is repaired. So go for a low cost (stainless steal burners tiyenawa ewa tiyenawa) one so that when it break you can just throw it and buy a new one.

17k for a gas cooker like this is fucking expensive.
