There is no evidence that this is spreading more rapidly or vaccine evasion or more virulent than other strains. only known thing is there are 30 odd mutations and from that nearly 10 are in S-protein. Which may lead to vaccine being less effective . This is VOC and every month there are 1-2 VOI reported. so this is not as dooms day as predicted.
