This should be not IT companies, SW companies. If you want IT companies there are a hell of a lot more and SW is just one domain.

Everyone has pros and cons, but I believe except for the work life balance thingy WSO2 care a lot about compensations and growth of the employee

Few of my friends/ batchmates had and are worked/working at wiley.. No complaints though..

Wiley lot of work. But good salaries

Each company only fulfills a fraction of the factors you have mentioned.

Salary - h20.ai, WSO2, IFS, Sysco Labs, LSEG
Workload - 99X, IFS
Work-Life Balance - 99X, IFS, (Gapstars -have to work 8 to 4 only according to a friend)
How modern the office is/facilities - LSEG (Malabe), WSO2
Benefits other than the salary, Allowances - WSO2 (3 meals, transport etc)
Increments/Bonuses policy
Career growth - 99X, WSO2 (There are people who became ATLs in just 3 years after joining as a fresher)
Training (Or exam reimbursements)
Company culture - 99X
Class of people

This is just my personal opinion.
And you haven't mentioned companies like h20.ai which pay the highest salaries AFAIK.
One of my friends went there for SSE for 400K (less than 2 years exp).

A lot of rumours ....HCL hired a lot from VIRTUSA and a lot went to IFS , LSEG,Wiley etc. Even many of the HR staff left.


From my understanding the company was downsizing for a while and Kris k was exiting also... Might be an internal power struggle. Some Chinese firm invested heavily into them and indians are running the management as per rumours.

Basically lot of rumours about instability floating around in the market.

And let's not forget a lot of graduates want to go for small company's cause they pay more and offer a lot of flexibility.... So anyway the big ones are suffering when it comes to talent

Sad situ. I remember the good ol' days. everybody wanted to join Virtusa. from the days it was at Intercontinental.

I have heard stories sometime ago when they even had COD tournaments... Sounds really fun

Anyway Virtusa can bounce back but big fellows like Jagath , Sumudu, Kris ,Madu already left/leaving. So not sure what's going to happen.
