Have no fucking clue. Sound like assitant GM. if that is the case then it should be the other way around where DGM is higher than AGM. Anyway the numbers are quite low and not close to what they have put in that document.

To be selected as a CEB engineer usually, they need to have a 1st class or 2nd upper for their BSc Engineering degree from Mora/Pera/Ruhunu university. And they have to go through a thorough interview process. To put it simply, they deserve their salary

No. There are 125 electrical engineers from our batch and non of them are employed in CEB. CEB also hires civil engineers and have same salary scales. Called cvs multiple times and never called anyone fore interviews. Giyath CEB eke engineers lage adurana unta lamainta thama priority denne ahala thiyana widihata. Civil over electrical no regrets. Civil over CS massive regrets though

නෑ.රත්මලාන waterboard එකේ සිවිල් එක්කෙනෙක් ඉන්න්ව අදුරන.ලක්ශ 3 යි.ලොකු project එකක් lead කරන කෙනෙක්.මේ ඩයල් එක නිවාඩු දවසක් උනත් project බලන්න යනවා.ඔහොම කැපවීමෙන් වැඩකරන රාජ්‍ය සේවකයෝ අඩුයි ලංකාවෙව්.
