Yes definitely there are too many three wheelers, young working force who can give more contributions to develop this country are wasting on their time in three wheel.

cheap subsidized petrol (that too from loans) + lack of govt investment in public transport (while ministers were only interest was in v8 permits) + commissions and corruption to import more fuel + failure to invest in education, entrepreneurship, while we built roads, and more roads + allowing cheap three wheel imports from India (probably some got a cut from that too)

Bottom line on dismal leadership for decades from presidential failures since 1980's
