Can anyone explain the difference between paper vs computer test thoroughly.

It is the same test, though in CB IELTS, you put your answers on the computer rather than on paper.

Just one difference, In CB IELTS you don't get 10 minutes at the end of the listening test.

Computer one seems better noh?

Actually, it depends.
If you are familiar with computers and typing. Yes, it's better to do CB IELTS.

PS: I am also going to take the CB IELTS

I only followed this course and got the following result within 5 days. Focused mostly on their course on Writing.
You'll get this course for free if you register for the IELTS exam for IDP.
Overall: 8
Listening: 8.5
Others: 7.5

This is the General Training test BTW.

If you are already using English day to day in your job or something else
then yes, getting a good IELTS score is an easy peace of cake
One of my friends got 9 for one of the bands machan, though I'm not sure whether above 7.5 is a rare case
