Nokia 4 terminal battery එකක් emulate කරන්න ක්‍රමයක්? 🤔

හායි මචන්ලා, Nokia Android phone එකක තියෙන 4 terminal බැටරිය emulate කරන්න ක්‍රමයක් දන්නවාද බං?

මේකෙ charging ‍port එක කැඩිලා. ඉතින් මම බැලුවෙ direct power supply එකක් දෙන්නෙ. එකම දේ + සහ - වලට 3.7V - 3.85V දුන්නට හරි යන් නැහැ. Thermistor එකයි, signal එකයි එන pin දෙක emulate කරන්නත් ඕන.

මේක කරන්න විදිහක් දන්නවා නම් කියහන්කො. පොඩි පොඩි ඉලෙක්ට්‍රොනික් බඩු, microcontroller, ඕන volt ගාණක power supply එකක් එහෙම තියෙනවා. මම හිතන්නෙ resistor, capacitor වගේ පොඩි බඩු ටිකකින් වුණත් කරගන්න පුළුවන් නේද?

The extra two pins are the BSI and BTemp. Battery /System Status Indicator and the Temperature. (This info was supplied by in-house geek and he doesn't know whether there's a workaround to emulate. Sorry.
All he knows is that the BSI is used to communicate with the phone and it's the main interface with the battery & phone)

Ah yeah bro I know. BTemp is not that important, the phone runs even without that. (most batteries have 3 terminals for this reason) The real issue is emulating the BSI. It seems like a Resistance signal that varies with the battery charge. I tried a 100k potentiometer with varying resistances against the positive terminal, but it shows 0% battery and turns off.

Ah yeah bro I know. BTemp is not that important, the phone runs even without that. (most batteries have 3 terminals for this reason) The real issue is emulating the BSI. don't think this will work. this circuit is just a voltage regulator.

I have see some one remove BMS from old battery and couple 18650 batteries to BMS battery terminal and using

වැඩේ කරගත්තා මචන්ලා. BSI, Negative දෙක අතර 10k ohm resistor එකක් දාන්න විතරයි තියෙන්නෙ.
