    Are you stubborn when it comes to obeying your parents' commands? If that's not the case, I'll go over with you the process to apply force.

    I tried black coffee, some energy drinks like red bull, ride but no effect at all.
    Would you mind posting more information about your caffeine consumption? How long have you been consuming excessive caffeine doses? And how much do you take? Have you ever attempted a caffeine nap?
    If you've been taking caffeine for years, you may be experiencing some serious/long-term side effects; be that as it may, still the caffeine detoxing and adjusting your circadian rhythm (sleeping clock) won't guarantee that you get your best results on your next exam, because you ain't got no time for that shit (I've been there and done that, so I know by the drill baby it takes months).

    Welp, If I were in your shoes, I'd consider the most practical and efficient alternative, which I can't share openly because people will intend to misuse it (maybe follow my profile if you're dead serious because I can't DM you. You've turned on your messaging privacy settings).

    Keep in mind, one way or the other you gotta take this into your account; "it's crucial to detox caffeine before it's too late" cuz your poor circadian rhythm is being raped by the caffeine daddy every single day and it must be stopped.
    You said you ain't got no discipline, so clearly this ain't the right time for that battle. (headache, fatigue, decreased energy/activeness, decreased alertness, drowsiness, decreased contentedness, depressed mood, difficulty concentrating, irritability, feeling foggy/not clear-headed, and more shit load of withdrawal effects. You'll have to fight for a whole fucking week until you finally get a grip on it, then again, it will make the case that you're finally getting off on the right foot)

    my guess is 3 hours of sleep on weekdays is not enough. you should be getting at least 5 hours of sleep.
    Ekane pissune. No wonder he/she is getting stressed.

    To the OP, First of all, sleep 7-8 hours a day straight. Don't be stupid to think you can change the human biology that has been fine-tuned by the millions of years of evolution. And I think you're overthinking. A month before the final exams is more than enough. I guess this is your first semester.
     
    I have done a very through study on human sleep and sleep patterns and i have tested most of the theories on my self for last 3 - 5 years. so you can take my word on this,

    Assuming you are a healthy individual ( if you don't have any diseases or conditions that effect sleep)

    1) 3 hours is not enough, sleep 8 hours every day. remember this is the most important part 8 hours is a must. if you really wants to save time you could try something like polyphasic sleep even with this you must target 4 - 6 hours minimum (keep in mind learning this is really challenging and also considering you can sleep 15 hours straight i don't really recommend going on this path)

    2) Make your sleeping time and wake up time consistent. everyday go to sleep same time and wake up at the same time. not early not late. some people believe that sleeping early will help them but it's not it's going to make things even worse. lets say you sleep at 2AM wakes up at 10AM follow this schedule everyday do not change it even for a one time it can mess your sleep cycle badly.

    3) Follow this sleep pattern at least 45 days, then you will notice the difference. your body need time to adapt to a new sleep pattern.

    Nope, may be one or two times but I'm the first child so I'm always obeying my parents.

    I was addicted to red bull but now I don't drink those energy drinks .
    Plus now I take cafe but not daily, May be two or three cups for the whole week.

    If you can sleep for 15 hours everyday.. that’s a god given gift.. as some people have sleep issues and insomnia.. I can sleep around 5-6 hours and then 1-3 hours in the afternoon which is about 6-8 hours needed per day, if I don’t get this I feel restless, so it’s best if you can try to get your needed sleep, but I highly doubt you can sleep for more than 15 hours everyday.. it doesn’t seem to work unless your sedated
