Hii,
I'm struggling with managing stress. I usually sleep 8.00 hours in weekends, 3.00 hours in weekdays.
but the problem is when I'm stressed, I end up sleeping more than 15 hours. with our end semester exam, I find it impossible to focus on my studies.
I tried black coffee, some energy drinks like red bull, ride but no effect at all.
For instance, yesterday, I woke up at 9:00 am but ended up sleeping again until 3:00 am the next day!
if anyone has faced similar experiences, please share!!!
what should I do, should I meet a doctor?
