    Hii,

    I'm struggling with managing stress. I usually sleep 8.00 hours in weekends, 3.00 hours in weekdays.
    but the problem is when I'm stressed, I end up sleeping more than 15 hours. with our end semester exam, I find it impossible to focus on my studies.
    I tried black coffee, some energy drinks like red bull, ride but no effect at all.

    For instance, yesterday, I woke up at 9:00 am but ended up sleeping again until 3:00 am the next day!

    if anyone has faced similar experiences, please share!!!
    what should I do, should I meet a doctor?

    No need doctors for this.
    You have to practice a ritual.
    And make a habit.
    Wake up at the same time for like 20 days in a row.
    And there are other solutions... (easier) I cannot post in public.

    First, you must understand you have to start managing Energy, as opposed to time management.
    I'm getting ready for the gym rn, I'll write more later

    You have been lost your regular sleeping cycle .there is a clock (virtual )in your brain and it is scheduled as how you get your sleep.it studies your pattern well.
    If you are not getting your sleep formally,this is what happened

    my guess is 3 hours of sleep on weekdays is not enough. you should be getting at least 5 hours of sleep.

    Fix your biological clock. A 3 hour sleep per day is detrimental to your health and mental & physical performance. Stick to a daily routine to train your body and strictly adhere to it. Don't distract yourself by focusing on unwanted things. Set a target per day like today I am gonna cover these lessons.
