I am on intermittent fasting for 14 hours daily with weights training 4 days a week. Not a big deal as long as you get a well nutritional diet. You may see that your muscle mass is declining because the fat in your muscles is getting reduced. It's good because with weights training and sufficient protein you can build lean muscles.
The biggest benefits I experienced was getting my LDL cholesterol and HDL/LDL ratio to a healthy level without medication. Also weight loss is another benefit (77kg to 65kg)
