This is true. A couple of weeks ago I visited NY downtown area and took the subway to go to the places in intended to visit. Oh boy, their subway system is full of crap. The subway stations are littered everywhere, the subways are stinking. You can even see rats running in the stations. The most dangerous thing is there are used syringes on the ground where the crackheads used to inject drugs
