God had two choices and chose the second, why is that? Looks like he is not peaceful at all.

Your god got it all wrong again!

California is one of the most supportive state in the US for the Palestinian cause. Its also one of the states which Trump lost in the last election.

If your god wanted to burn the US, should have chosen Texas instead.
