Cutoff age for state universities

The limit is on the number of attempts. Isn't it? Not age based. AFAIK there's no upper or lower limit.

I think everybody knows you have to pass A/L's within 3 terms to go to a university. It seems that way so far...I guess I was gone astray...

As far as I know, there is no age restriction. The only condition is you should get qualified within three attempts of A/L. However, there may be certain restrictions for individual degree programs imposed by the council of the respective university. You can apply; it is a fundamental right.
