Every Insurance has their own compalint handling center made with a Senior Manager.

So like I mentioned in your previous thread, the repair cost for my flood damaged car was around 380k, but SLIC only paid around 125k. Even to get that I had to go to their offices several times and spend hours on the phone with their agents. In the end I just got fed up with the whole process and accepted whatever they offered.

No, it’s not undervalued. The excuses they come up with machan hamme. For example, the mechanic said the airflow sensor and the starter motor had to be replaced because they were beyond repair, but these guys kept insisting they could be repaired. So I took the parts to one of their offices and asked them to direct me to a place that could actually repair them. Then they came up with more excuses without directing me to a place to get the parts repaired. In the end I got fed up and paid for everything out of my own pocket. I will not be renewing my insurance with them for sure.
