Iranians could have requested India to intern the ship because its a bigger and a more powerful country and they were going back from a visit to India. But they requested Sri Lanka instead. yeah they wont do it in trinco. they have to come inside and use a submarine which cannot come due to shallow waters. they wont do it . but even the ship that was sunk was on maritime duties and hitting it is also a coward act.
