    Is working out 3days a week, 45min each day out of those 3 days on 3 different machines(each day) enough to reduce my belly fat? In addition to this I do pushups and other various exercises.

    Yes. In addition it also depends on:
    • What you eat
    • Intensity of the workout
    • Consistency
    Note that belly fat is stubborn to reduce but stay on the schedule

    Chemo is free at this place.
    Only part of the chemo is free. We have to pay 85,000/= to get the other injection which they mix and inject my grandma. There are some people who have to buy some chemo at 700,000/= at Apeksha. Don't know whether they are cheating us or not. We tried asking them why but they insisted we needed to buy the drug.
