මේ දවස්වල වයිරස් එකක් තියනවා. ලූස් මෝෂන් කියන්නේ එක රෝග ලක්‍ෂණයක්. කෑම අජීර්ණයක් නම් දෙපාරක් තුන් පාරක් ලූස්මෝෂන් හැදෙයි. හැබැයි මේ වයිරස් එක නිසා වමනේ, ලූස්මෝෂන් නවතින්නෙ නැතුව තියනවා. පිටීන් කද්දි පරිස්සමෙන්.

Ciprofloxacin දෙන්නේ salmonella වලට. Cipro වලට ලංකාවේ salmonella ඔක්කොම resistance හැදිලා ඉවරයි. බලන බලන salmonella culture ඔක්කොම ciprofloxacin resistant. ඔය බෙහෙත දාලා තියෙන්නේ පිරිමි නර්ස් කෙනෙක්. උන් දන්නේ ward එකේ කලින් දොස්තර order කරන treatment ටික වෙන තැනක copy paste කරලා දොස්තර වගේ හැසිරෙන්න විතරයි. අඩු ගානේ food poisoning හැදෙන්න පුළුවන් අනික් bacteria ගැන උන්ට odea එකක්වත්. අලුත් antimicrobial guidelines ගැන අවබෝධයක් වත් නෑ. මුන් වගේම තමා ටවුන් වල ෆාමසි පොන්නයෝ. ලෙඩා බලලා උන්මා බෙහෙත් දෙනවා. සමහර ෆාමසි වල පුටු පෝලිමක් දාලා තියෙනවා එන උන්ට බෙහෙත් දෙන්න. .
