there is something called port forwarding which increases the speed.. but I have no freaking idea how its done.. I have seen a few posts about it here in EK..

Name wht torrent u need?
btw check whether ur utorrents network status.If its indicates green correction mark network is ok bt if its yellow there may b a problem in ur network connection.
