graphics not deppend on resolution.it's depend on pixel.crt monitors have more pixels than lcd monitors.

machan meka ube topic eka so mata thawath argue karanna ona na ;) but resolution means pixel capacity for an example 1280 x 720 means that display contains 921600 pixels. so definitely the higher resolution u have the better quality graphic display ;)

    I am going to buy a new pc soon.

    Motherboard

    Intel® Desktop Board DP45SG

    Processor

    Intel® Core™2 Duo Desktop Processor E4700

    Ram=DDR3 2GB

    Hard Disk=250GB sata(hitachi)

    DVD Writter=asus lightscribe dvd writter.

    Monitor-17 CRT

    Graphic=ATI 4890 1GB or ATI 4850 512mb(haven't dicide)

    Power Supply need to be support for ATI 4890 1GB and ATI 4850 512mb vga cards.

    What is the best power supply for my pc.my budget is rs:7000-8000

    *CPU-Not recommended, why don't you go for a quad?? if you want a Duo go for E8400.

    *MOBO-It's OK.But P45 chipsets are going 2 cost a lot bro.You really want DDR3 now?? Try some other chipset. P35 is a good suggestion.

    *RAM-I'm not sure about new DDR3s'. But its ok!

    *HDD-OK (you may go for a higher capsity lyk 320GB/500GB)

    *VGA-OK, my personal favorite HD4890!

    *DVDRW-Anything on the market, all brands are the same these days.

    *Monitor-go for at least 19" wide LCD.CRTs give lots of errors and even eats your money.

    *PSU-500W is enough, go for a recgnzd brand.That is a must when using advanced HD cards on your system.Cant tell any brand now, cz am not up-to-date with them.

    MB - Dont get a intel MB go with Asus!;)

    CPU - For the CPU get a core 2 quad or at least a core 2 duo E8400:)

    Ram - There is not that much of need to go with DDR3 if you r gonna buy are core 2 duo! and get at least 4GB of Ram at 1066Mhz.

    bro you have selected a crappy combination
    hmmm i donno what to say
    ok ill try to help you
    1st of all the mobo
    intel mobos (this is a extreme series mobo) but if you check the review properly you will get to kno that they have lack of overclockable capabilities(i kno this is an overclockable mobo but there are so features which are not available)
    which is huge disadvantage for gamers like you
    i suggest you to go for a P45 or if you have money issues P43 or P35

    and the ddr3 ram - you are not going to gain anythn by buying ddr3 ram bcz it goes well with core i7 cpu (for c2d its like too much) if you really wanna go for a ddr3 then go for foxconn black ops which is 24k at nuntet.( so many kool functions in that mobo)
    and i suggest you to get 3gb ram ddr2 800 is good but if you want more go for kingston hyper x or dominator
    processor which is very old and having 2mb cache and 800Mhz bus speed, OMG are you gonna buy this hmmm you can really save alot of money in mobo and spend here
    get a E7400 or E8400
    and hard disk, dvd writer thts your wish
    Monitor bro dont even think of going for a CRT spend a bit alot and get a LCD its really worth samsung LCDs are good and having gud response time also , hp also good
    Graphics good choice but ait for some time c ATI is going to release the 5xxxx series so they might reduce the prices and also they might release a better model for same price
    PSU 550W is good to go nunet is having 600W FSP for 10k or try Egloble for 600W
    also try to get a decent cpu cooler and push your processor and get the maximum out f it
    also note Core i5 is released

    First of all kollo i really do hope your budget is 70,000 -80,000. Not 7000-8000.

    Now you keep on asking everyone for PSU models but definitely i will have to talk about your other parts as well.

    1.Processor:
    I must say that this is the first time i actually heard of a core 2 duo e4700 processor. Machan atleast go for a e7400. Thats 14,500 in Barclays.

    2. Motherboard: Go for Asus or Gigabyte. My friend got a Gigabyte p35 mobo for 12,500 as i remember. Dan prices adu ati eetath wada.

    3.RAM: Do not go for ddr3. Bloody useless. Waste of money. And yours is a core 2 duo processor so no use at all. Bohoma podi increment ekak tiyenne performance athin kiyala danaganna labune. DDR3 num ganne epa. buy 4gb DDR2 ram. Anika DDR3 ram tiyene motherboard thawa ganan ne. 2x2gb all for around 6000

    4.HDD: I don't know much about hitachi but it would be better if you can go for Samsung which is at same price of Hitachi hards or go for a seagate( if you can find one). Hitachi and samsung around 5,500-6000

    5. Monitor: Go for LCD deffa machan. Moko CRT wadakma na umbe oya pissu kora VGA ekata. LCD aniwa ganna. dan ewa ganan na wadiya. Samsung 19" tiyenawa 16,950 in Barclays.

    6.VGA card: Sira vga. Go for 4890 deffa. 4890 is better than 4850. 4850x2 is another story but here go for a 4890 habai puthe eka num tikak ganan honde??? SLmega eke 4890 is more than 32,000. Ehema nattan machan umba HD 4870 eka ganin, ekath patta. Thats 22,000 in SLmega. Umbe VGA nisa thama budget eka poddak awul wenne. Because my friend got a nice pc for 60,000 but uge vga eka 4650. Mun num kiyanne ekko 4890 nattan 4870.

    7. PSU: power supply num ithin machan ganna puluwan 7250 walata withara from Eglobe. Brand is FSP. FSP hondai awlak na. Eeta wada ithin hugak labeta tiyenawa 500W ewa eth ithin machan honda brand neme. Ithin ewage ekak araganna epa umba VGA eka aparade ne. Anika PSU ganiddi balapan 12v rail eke total ampere keeyada kiyala moko VGA eka illanawa yam kisi ampere ganak. SO be watchful about that too.

    Macho dan mun kiwwa prices anuwa keyboard mouse, casing, speakers ewa nathuwa but with 4890 vga, seratama yanawa 99,850. Umba eth 4870 eka gannawanum umbata serama ganna puluwan 88,850.
    Eth ithin umbata 4890 ekak onama num ithin thawa hard disk eka 250GB walata wada adu ekak aragena hari nattan wena LCD brand ekak hari aragena budget eka shape karaganna puluwan. BUt machan umbata 88,850 walata ganna puluwan num eka ela. Moko 4870 ekath sira vga eka umbe budget eke hatiyata.

    :lol::lol::lol: sorry.. but I cnt stop laughing @ this.. no offence;

    btw buy amacrox 500W frm EGS; it will be fit for ur budget, (I think they give the best price for it), for 4890, it says 500W enough, but I think it's always good to buy at least 550W or 600W for that vga. good luck;
