    mata oni muge wage aga hadaganna.. muge wagema barinan adugane gaawila yannawath me wage.. :):)

    ubala dannawanan bodybuilding techiniques wage mona hari plzz machanla post karapan ewa..

    masa ganak gihin nam hariyanna ban.. aurudu ganaka duskara kriyawak thiyei.
    uab gym yanawa witharada? proteins gannadda?? mata eka ganath danaganna oni ban.. :dull:

    ado ehema ba ban.. okawa thoragaththe kochchara amaruwenda... :(:(:(
    uba wena ekek thoraganin.. oya bigshow wage ekek.. :rofl::rofl:

    Imagine if muscles stand on a tripod. The 3 legs of the tripod are
    1. Training - Lift heavy & do every muscle
    2. Nutrition - Shoot for the right amounts and a clean diet
    3. Rest - try to get at least 8 hours of quality sleep

    If you break either one of the above..you will not stand on the tripod, thus..lose muscle or no improvements.

    n how abt choosing a gym n schedules? n.. also about getting nutritions.. can they cause any side-effects?

    As long as the gym got the right equipment for you to do a proper workout thta all u need... ( Honest!). Dont waste your money on expensive memberships.
    Yeah a good schedule is a MUST. Google 5x5 workouts and study tht. I recommend such workouts..Anywy dnt stick to it. Do what gives YOU best results.
    As long as you do natural bodybuilding (w/o steroids) you are on the safe sides... stick to natural bodybuilding supplements.
