LMAO...these are called cos-players (otaku-nerd).....in japan

they are ppl who dress up as their favorite anime (japanese cartoon) character.....

tho there are the occasional for example Gothic Japanese girls (harajuku)....or the all pink "hello kitty" type girls like in the pictures here......

don't worry not all of japan dresses like this...but the Japanese do have a very exotic & weird culture compared to the rest of the world.....
