I have seen lot of SL Army, police ppl wearing that watch. I also had that exact same watch when i was in middle school.

I think terrorists use its Alarm to fire time bombs by connecting the bomb to speaker connectors. Internally it has a big flat speaker connected with two springs to the mother board. I think it's cheap, accurate and durable thats why they are using it with bombs.

hehe this was my very first wrist watch and guess what i still have it with me up and running... and it's more than 15 years old! those japs sure know how to build their shit. sadly it's not the case these days though, now that almost all the manufacturing being shifted to china even casios are not that high quality any more:(

man if i were a terrorist i would pick this one to blow my bomb straight away,, what's more, it's chap, dead accurate and amazingly reliable.. can't ask for more...

No your wrong it isn't dead accurate. Even Atomic and Wave Ceptor watchs also have some error.

You know the Cesium Atomic Clocks are also have some error. I don't remember the error rate. It is the most most most accurate clock in the world.

So ban that much ekakath ehcara errors nam oya wrist watch eke mona accary da ban.

I AM BLOODY INTERESTED ABOUT DIGITAL CLOCKS :)

hey come on buddy, accuracy is a relative term, and yes i in no way intended to mean that this watch is in par with atomic clocks when it comes to accuracy..

according to casio, this watch has an accuracy rating of +/- 30 seconds a month, which is quite a high score if you compare it even with high end swiss watches.

anyway, ur blog seems interesting. bookmarked it:)

yeah saw it but don't think the sync function is gonna work for us in sl...

i had this obsession of digital clocks for a long time , but now my interest is slowly drifting towards beautifully crafted automatic mechanical watches. man you've gotta love the beauty of a mechanical watch. saw a couplea vids on youtube about a new mechanical watch movement technology by Seiko called SpringDrive. since you are into the subject, i suggest you check it out. trust me you wouldn't be bored:)

Thanks for the tip machan. And if you have time please check this out. Mechanical stuff never ever will touch that accuracy machan.

They say it have accuracy of 2 nanoseconds per day or one second in 1,400,000 years.
It is the most accurate realization of a unit that mankind has yet achieved.
