Machanz......!

Ive bought a nokia mobile battery from ebay ! but it dosnt work..... so i contact the seller and he promis me to send another one for me. So i send it back o him an he gets it after 3 weeks from the date i shipped! but ive allready open a case against the seller! so banz he ask for get back my minus feedback for him after i get the new battery!

So banz when the battery arrived to the seller, my case is going to be end and ebay sent me a messege like this " It's getting close to the amount of time allowed to resolve a case. Your case will automatically close in 5 days."



So banz ive Respond to case & ive Escalate the case to eBay Customer Support and ask them what should i do if the new one also doesn't work ? and i want be able to ship it again..... cause i have to pay for the postage!

He resolve the case like this.....!

Its ok to wait for the item banz but i didnt get the refund yet..! means i want be able to see any refunded amount on my paypal account.......!

After i didn't get my refund to my paypall account Ive contact the Ebay Customer Support again and they sent me a Ebay Courtesy Coupon........!
