Yes in the seller acc: can link only one paypal acc: right now,you can't recive money to secondary acc: , only sending money proved to linked acc:

what I first wanted know was whether is it possible to use one paypal account for two ebay accounts. You said “yes” and also pointed out linking two ebay accounts to one paypal account is not possible!! Then I wanted to know how to receive money to both accounts? You beared the stance as can’t receive to second account!! But it is seems possible, need to find out further!! Perhaps to those are powesellers, to whom has been provided and allowed special arrangements! However this is still a dilemma to me!!

my questions were quite clear. but it seems you haven't understand them clearly. what's the point having ebay account if it cann't be used selling or buying purposes as anybody wish! No hard feeling dude, but it was straight forward me to find the appropriate answer with the help of google rather. Still I appreciate your help to ek community. thanks
