I appreciate your sensible answer than most of the tiens promoters. Well you should find out about something before you comment otherwise it will show our ignorance,isn't it..
Any drug (eg: even a paracetomol) doesn't come to the market without doing a clinical trial on actual patients, in that way they have to prove that the benefits from a drug to a specific disease outweighs its potential risks to the patient. Unless they do it and prove it the drug doesn't get approval.Its an international standard in medicine. I wonder you ever heard medicine is a science?? in science you can always reproduce the same results in another occasion.
So please do not compare this Tiens fake products with actual medicine ok...because they were not involved from 1,2 days and they dont give awards to such drugs. If they value this products so much why dont they donate even 1 or 2 combs to a hospital ward and tell us how the patients get benefits from it. Then we can buy and use at home.. is it ok..

okay first up lets get started on the topic of you making a comment of me being ignorant first of all i have no intention of reading through 40 pages of comments nor do i have the time.

And about you questioning my knowledge,
its kind of ironic because you dont seem to understand the difference between "Drugs" and "nutritional supplements".
Marmite is not a drug,Viva is not a drug- they cannot cure diseases and they never claim they can, i wonder if you ever heard this word so ill say it out loud.They are called "NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS" they do not have the properties of drugs nor do they have the ability to cure diseases, however they do contain nutrients that are essential for a healthy living.

TIENS does not produce "DRUGS" they produce "nutritional supplement" abstracted from natural sources, And since you are interested in "International Standards" go to the TIENS website and see for yourself the standards of these products.

I do know what science is and i have a thorough understanding of chemical equations since i studied in mathematics stream which does include chemistry !
But since you seem to be clueless about nutritional supplements i suggest you read the following books and get your facts straight before we proceed further.

Boy you seem to be having an awful lot of trouble differentiating words cause again you don't seem to understand the difference between "prevention" and "cure".
well since you are clueless (again) ill explain the difference; preventing something is stopping something before it happens,curing something is treating it after it happens.just like i explained all of these products have preventive qualities and some do possess indirect curing qualities, but they are only marketed as preventive measures not as products that have magical curing capabilities.so in conclusion people will buy them because they have preventive capabilities, and cause prevention is better than cure ! Absolutely okay and agree with you 100%, but there is a simple thing you have overlooked.As tiens is a direct selling company you cannot buy these products off the shelf,these products need to be acquired through a product promoter and by assuming that by "they" you meant "the company" it cannot sell or donate a product directly to a customer who does not have a business license
this procedure cannot be done by the company and can only be done by a product promoter, if they do such an act it will violate the tearms of agreement between the company and product promoters

BTW since you seem to be interested in "science" ill explain how things are done with an example.when John Dalton came up with his "atomic theory" which was a hypothesis (never proven correct by experiment) everyone assumed that it was true until it was conclusively proved incorrect.

so just as that i have presented more than enough evidence to prove my hypothesis accurate,but so far you have not provided any conclusive evidence (a certificate or an official statement by a recognized organization or association) to prove that TIENS product are not of High quality. So my statement stays true and accurate up-to-date until you actually prove it wrong, so until you do that your statement is inaccurate and illogical.so in short the point isnt to prove you are right, the point is to porve me wrong,until that day i am the victor !!!
