Don't try to bye any mobile from Premier shop Mount Lavinia. If you buy any phone from them, it surely give you lot more problems less than a period of one year. Even though they said they are providing two years of warranty, it's totally a trap. The problem arises once you going for get warranties, they won't accept your phone instead find some patch in your mobile and finally you have to pay for all the parts including their personal amounts. So think wisely when going to buy your phones.

Ayyo did this happened to you? Dont be scared. Just complain " Consumer protection Authority" (Paaribogika katayuthu pilibanda adikaariya) Shops cant play with them. They will take legal action if they dont do anything.

The problem is people doesnt know the legal system & shop owners think they can do what ever they can. It was true before 2003 but now they cant fool around.

yah machan totally agree with that, man gaththe w595 phone ekak. 2yrs warranty kiwwa hinda gaththe...aran masa 3i display giya, aran giyama display warranty nelu, magen ahannema nathuwa display ekakuth dala, ekata 3500k illuwaa, phone eka one hinda ikmanata aragena gihin sathiyak giye ne un hadanawa kiyala softwareth kela karala...iilagata ayeth genichchama bara ganna belu....Danna Kenekuta Premier eken Nam Ganna Denna Epaaa...

There are much more real evidences from it's past customers, whether it's favorable to me or not, it's doesn't matter. I'am just trying to share their experiences, it might helpful for all of us.
