Machan, iphone is good for it's looks, high res screen and the umph! you get for showing it around. But if you really want a practical, customizable and a whole lot of apps then go for Samsung Galaxy S/S 2, or any other brand with android O/S. You'll be able to do a lot more with it than iphone. I say this b'cos i've used these phones and i love them for the capability they me.

There are people saying Nokia but i'd say stay away for at least 6months, b'cos Symbian O/S for touch screens are crap and all symbian smartphones are at EOL, cos Nokia discontinued everything. N8's are the last of it's kind and the next type will be of windows mobile 7.

But, everything depends on your budget. So think wisely.
