What is the cheapest Price/performance phone with a brand??

I'm looking for a Mobile with simplest features, which has long battery life and slim.

1. all the budget nokia phones use the same speaker for speaker and earpeace, so No go there.

any advice??

I dont want color screens or anything but the most basic phone with a neat look
