    Yes. That holds true. As long as the employee is not a Sri Lankan, Sri Lankan companies can pay using foreign currency.
    But a Sri Lankan employee can not be paid their salary using a foreign currency.
    If you get paid with LKR and are a permanent employee you're re protected under Sri Lankan labor law as well.
    Foreign currency walin gewanna baha permanent employee lata if those employees are Sri Lankans.

    Permanent employees who are also Sri Lankan citizens can not be paid with any other currency other than LKR.
    Sri Lankan citizens can be paid using a foreign currency if they're on the contract basis.

    Special circumstances have to be satisfied if the salary is to be paid in a foreign currency.

    Virtusa බෙන්ච් එකටම ෂොට් එක දීල. කොච්චර එක්පිරියන්ස් තිබුනත් මාසෙක පඩි විතරලු දිල තියෙන්නේ . යකෝ IFS එක හොදයිනේ අඩු තරමේ උන් හිටපු අවුරුදු ගානට පඩි දීල.
