    FYI

    • Warm White (\(2,700K - 3,000K\)): Produces a cozy, soft yellowish glow similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. It is best suited for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas where you want to relax.
    • Day White / Daylight (\(5,000K - 6,500K\)): Mimics the bright, crisp light of natural midday sun. It contains a slightly blue tint that stimulates focus. Ideal for home offices, garages, vanity mirrors, and task-oriented reading areas.
    • Cool White (\(4,000K - 5,000K\)): A bright, neutral white that sits between warm and daylight. It provides a clean, modern aesthetic and is most commonly used in kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial or office spaces.

    from AI
For most bedrooms, 2700K (Warm White) is the best choice. This temperature mimics the soft glow of a sunset, which helps your brain produce melatonin for better sleep.
