ඇත්තටම හොදයි. නැත්නම් හිතපන්කෝ 3Wheel/CT අඩුවෝ ටික ඕකට ගියාට පස්සේ හෙල්මට් පාරවල් කන්න වෙන්නේ.
Inside of the port city is considerably clean and litter free (almost) thanks to this. I'm not saying every rider is bad but majority of them are classless and don't care about environment. Even then... just look at the bloody hand rail in the port city, fking idiots have carved their names to it like toddlers. It's better if they can install a CCTV system and fine heavily for littering and being idiots.
