Oya price range eke ganan aduma hondama wahane awilla raize hybrid eka. Fuel efficiency hondai. Gewana ganata ida tyenawa.

Luxury eka atin gattot oya price range hondama vezel eka. Vezel Z ekak ganna balapan. X eke interior options, market dekama aduyi.
Raize hybrid is a fucking overpriced shitbox. Japan yaris cross is far better, but front is so ugly.

The best price to value vehicle under 150laks is the Atto 2. But it's ev only and you are stuck with JKH till the warranty ends.

It wont retain the second hand market like a Toyota. But in SL vehicle prices never go down. Only slight changes happens like around 0.5mil-1mil. After 5-7 years you wont be selling for a loss.
Vehicle market goes up in sl because of the rupee devaluation and new taxes. If the vehicle turns out to be unreliable in five six years then it will start to depreciate faster than LKR. Remember Mazda RX 3 with rotary engine, pajero io with old GDI engine? They still managed to be little better than LKR but Chinese mainstream vehicles are in a different class, they are 100% appliances that are made to be recycled once you recover the buying cost trough fuel saving..
You can't do it in SL due to extremely high taxes on EV and unreasonable dealer margins. It will take around 20-30 years just to cover the fuel cost..by that time your EV will be long dead

I thought of buying an Atto 3 and a Sealion 6 before I finally decided to buy a Vezel. I truly don’t want to promote the Honda Vezel or Japanese cars just because I have one. And the Vezel is not much of a car considering the modern cars nowadays. It was just within my budget, and I was looking for a small family car that is fuel-efficient since I have to travel around 500 km once every two weeks. And to be honest I hated Vezels those days due to the bad reputation that Vezel owners had and didn’t want to be stereotyped.

Below are some reasons I didn’t buy the Atto 3 and a Sealion 6.

    1. Charging the vehicle isn’t going to save money. Finally, you may end up buying a more expensive vehicle with the hike in electricity prices. Someone could say setting up solar would solve the issue, but that costs money. You could spend the same amount on fuel.
    2. Strict warranty policies. You need approval from JKCS even for a tint. I heard they’ve stopped being that annoying recently.
    3. Global spare parts shortage. This is an issue that exists in Australia and the UK as well. Them being unable to provide repairs on time in such countries means there’s nothing to talk about when it comes to us.
    4. BYD is still new to the automobile industry. Of course, they have pioneered EV-related engineering. But there are some automotive-related things that they’re still not good at. Some people say the Sealion engine is not that long-lasting. Even Geely doesn’t make the best engines after acquiring Volvo. So, I can’t rely on them.
    5. I was looking for a better resale price. Most probably, I will sell mine in three years. By that time, I hope mine will be in a better position than a BYD.

Raize hybrid is a fucking overpriced shitbox. Japan yaris cross is far better, but front is so ugly.
In my opinion, all Toyotas these days are a bit overpriced. Comparing what they offer in that price range with a Chinese car or a Honda, it’s less. The reason I mentioned the Yaris Cross isn’t worth it is because the price difference between a Vezel and a Yaris Cross is very small. The Raize, on the other hand, is 2 million cheaper. Buying a Daihatsu Rocky may save another 0.5 million. But as you said, the Raize is the cheapest-looking car.

I have a 2023 Vezel Z. I recently drove from Colombo to Mannar and back.
    • Distance traveled: 733.9 km
    • Fuel to refill the tank to full: 32.45 L
I measure fuel economy using the full tank-to-full tank method. I fill the tank completely before the trip, drive as usual, then refill it to full again and calculate distance driven ÷ liters needed to refill. Based on that, the car returned 22.61 km/L.

    A few things to note:
    • We were traveling with a baby, so we made several stops.
    • The car was left idling at a few parking spots.
    • There were 4 passengers and luggage for a two-day trip.

Considering those factors, I think it could have achieved around 24–25 km/L on a direct trip with a lighter load.

For city driving, I usually get around 19.5–20.5 km/L, again using the full tank-to-full tank calculation, not the fuel economy shown on the dashboard.

Some people claim the Vezel can do 27 km/L, but I never achieved that.

One more thing, in most of the trips, if I am resetting the trip meter before starting the journey, it will mostly show around 20-22kml in the trip meter fuel efficiency. But once calculated with the full tank numbers, the value will be bit less.
