The person referred to as a perpetrator in the Reddit post was also called a souse and a lout at former companies where he worked. As far as I know, he served as VP of HR at Wav3net and Med1wave (which are essentially the same company under different names).

According to employees, he and Ishan D. were the key decision-makers behind the layoffs on January 1st, last year. From what I heard, laying off employees on the very first day of the year was one of the most cruel decisions they made. Med1wave was shut down, a few projects were moved to Wav3net, and Wav3net employees were also laid off on that same date (though I'm unsure of the exact percentage). People point fingers at Deshan W. and Ishan D. for the layoffs, as well as for bankrupting and destroying the company.

Employees mention that after he joined Wav3net, most of the talented engineers left. He ran a political monopoly by hiring top managers and VPs from his circle of friends. Ishan D. also belongs to his circle, and both previously worked at LS3G and Mill3nniumIT. People in the IT industry usually remember these names (similar to Thushera)—when they join a company, the best employees leave because they already know what is bound to happen.

On Reddit last year, an employee mentioned that a top manager allegedly stole company products—or something similar—for a IT business under his own name. This might have been referring to the second person mentioned earlier.

Additionally, many of you have probably seen people complaining on social media (including ElaKiri) last couple of months about the Comm3rcial B@nk web and mobile applications. If you look into who currently holds the Head of Engineering & Platform position there, you'll easily understand what's really going on.
