That's good bro, try to limit it to a minimum of your restless split training sessions. I think that should be another major reason that you aren't gaining much and having plateaus :baffled:
in my opinion you rest should go for 6hours for recovery if you are doing split training:yes: other wise it will lead to muscle break down and injuries :baffled:
after the rest period you can start from active isolate stretching & lead it to dynamics & do your practices :D
