    :yes::yes::yes: The cabin crew should stand their ground and should show who's the boss. Nowadays the aviation law is so strict. Once you get charged - 'not following cabin crew instructions'. The name is blacklisted.

    She should have tell the pax to go back to their seats. PAX cannot approach the crew like that. Indians are so arrogant. They would not dare to behave like that way in any western airlines. Or even in Middle Eastern.

    Even on off season UL has PAX and cargo. All the routes are profitable and for some reason ( brown paper bags ) they want to give up the rights.
