he didnt mean that he is going to pay the government debts with his personnelmoney.what he meant was he will restructure the current debts which have high interest rates with low interest loans with longer grace periods which will be more easier to pay.- other guy

well this is why they say that you should read the whole article not just the headline.what he meant was he will restructure the debt. that is he will pay the current debts(which have interest rates>7%) with low interest loans with longer grace periods so that paying it would be more feasible.- other guy
